Hi guys!
This is one of the many outfit posts that both Neha and I will be featuring on our blog. Once in a while, we will share with you guys some of our favourite looks. As you guys know, we are not fashion bloggers or beauty bloggers, we blog about anything that interests us. We try to make our blog diverse as possible without focusing on one major subject.

A while back, we received this Easter Sunday skirt from Sugarlips Apparel. I’ll be honest when we first received it, we didn’t know how exactly we would put together an outfit with this skirt. As you can see from the picture above, the colors used in the skirt are hard to match up with other prints and colours. After a while we just decided that a simple white blouse would do the trick. This is because using a white blouse allows the colours in the skirt to stand out. After deciding on the white blouse, we just topped the look off with a pair of retro round sunglasses.

Blouse: H&M
Skirt: Sugarlips Apparel
Heels: Myhotshoes
Clutch: H&M
Belt: H&M
Sunglasses: Simons
Cross Necklace: Luluka (etsy)
Ring: Romwe

A few days ago, I was looking through some of Seventeen magazine’s videos on youtube and I came across their ombré styled manicure. I was inspired by the manicure and couldn’t help but try it out on my nails! This also gave me a chance to try out my Julep Maven nail polishes I received for only 1 cent!

Polish used: Lily from Julep Maven
Doing this manicure is super duper easy!
What you’ll need:
- Base Coat
- Any nail polish (except for white) of your choice
- White nail polish
- Toothpicks
- Scrap paper or paper plates
- Top Coat
Step 1: Apply base coat on your nails to protect them!
Step 2: Paint your thumb the darkest color.
Step 3: Apply a couple of drops of the dark color onto your paper and add one drop of white. Mix it together and paint your second nail.
Step 4: For the third nail, add two drops of white polish into the dark color. Mix it again and then paint your nail.
Step 5: Continue adding more drops of white polish to the dark polish for every nail you paint – this is how your pinky will end up being the lightest color.
Step 6: Top your new ombré look off with top coat!

Color blocking is one of the hottest trends in Fashion right now! Rather than wearing something that is color blocked, I decided to paint my nails. This design is super easy to do and you won’t have to spend much time on it.
Here’s what I used

L’oreal Base Coat and Revlon Top Coat
Step one: Apply a base coat!

ELF “Innocent” Polish, Revlon “Garden” Polish, Avon “Blue Shock” Polish. I forgot to include my Black polish from Sally Hansen, but you will need that too!
Step two: After applying your base coat, paint a vertical line on half of your nail (I used ELF’s Innocent polish for this step)
Step three: Taking your black polish, paint a black line beside the painted half. After you have done this, divide the unpainted half of your nail into two squares using the black polish as an outline.
Step four: Fill in the two squares after the black polish has dried. In this case, I used Revlons “Garden” and Avons “Blue Shock” polishes.
If you follow my steps, your nails should end up looking like this.
Step five: Top the look off with some top coat.
